Delta Research & Development not only produces basic research, guidelines, protocols for the treatments developed, training of medical practitioners, dissemination of knowledge developed in the academic environment for future teaching, but also has as its ultimate aim to provide zero cost access by users to the therapies developed once they have been introduced into clinical practice. This process entails a great economic effort and deployment of human resources and is sustained also through the affiliation of entrepreneurs who believe in the project and are willing to invest in the Pilot Centres needed to disseminate the method.

Although private, these Centres provide free service to public structures in the reproduction of internal clinical trials so as to ensure the indispensable verification by the State through conventions and accreditations that Delta R&D has obtained with Universities and Public Hospitals distributed over the national territory. This strategy of dissemination harmoniously links public and private efforts in an attempt to obtain the best of both sectors. The private sector guarantees an efficient management of the Pilot Centres, while the public center ensures social justice and scientific credibility. The progress made by the controlled studies will ensure the gradual transfer of the costs of treatment from the private to the public sector, with which the Pilot Centres are obliged to negotiate conventions.

This nature of this pathway means that it takes some time to complete, but it is without doubt the only way of offering guarantees of safeguarding public health under proper economic conditions.

For this reason we do not engage in publicity through the media and prefer to avoid sensationalism by following a silent and serious pathway involving scientific publications and clinical testing.
